Epoxy Flooring in Lebanon
MagicFlor is a heavy-duty epoxy and resin system with a metallic, marbled, deep-3D finish. Seamless, glossy, a few millimetres thick, and applied straight over concrete or old tiles. This is epoxy as a floor — not epoxy paint. Supplied and applied by TopCrete across Lebanon.

Not paint. A floor.
Cheap epoxy “paint” is a thin coat that peels within a year. MagicFlor is a self-levelling resin system built up in layers over a primed substrate. It is what you see in showrooms, boutiques, restaurants and modern apartments — a floor that reads like poured metal or polished stone, with no joints at all.
Finishes and colors
Metallic effects in silver, bronze, gold, chestnut, wine, deep blues and greens. Marbled two-tone pours. Clear coats over colored bases. Solid colors for garages, workshops and kitchens. Matte or high-gloss top coat, and a slip-resistant option for wet areas.
Where we install it
Apartments and villas, boutiques, salons, restaurants, showrooms, offices, garages and basements. Over concrete, tiles or FlorCrete. Not for outdoor areas in direct sun — for that we use StoneTop or PaverCoat.
Why TopCrete
- Industrial-grade resins, applied by trained crews — thickness and mixing are what make an epoxy floor last.
- Real samples of every metallic effect in our Chiyah showroom.
- Supply and apply with a warranty; we also do epoxy and concrete countertops.
Frequently asked questions
How long does an epoxy floor last?
A properly installed MagicFlor floor lasts 10+ years in residential use. Scratches can be buffed and the top coat renewed without redoing the floor.
Can epoxy go over tiles?
Yes, after grinding and priming. The joints are filled and disappear under the self-levelling coat.
How long until I can walk on it?
Light foot traffic after 24 hours, furniture after 3 days, full chemical and mechanical resistance after 7 days.
