Concrete Floor Resurfacing in Lebanon

FlorCrete is a polymer-modified concrete overlay for floors that are tired, cracked, tiled or simply the wrong color. A few millimetres on top and you have a plain, smooth concrete finish with almost no joints. No jackhammer, no rubble, no weeks of dust.

When resurfacing is the right call

Old terrazzo or ceramic tile you do not want to rip out. A concrete slab with surface damage but a sound base. Upper-floor apartments and offices where a new pour is impossible and the material has to arrive by lift. Shops that need a new floor over a weekend. If the substrate is solid, FlorCrete goes over it.

What you get

A smooth, seamless concrete surface, 5–10 mm thick, in greys and a wide range of colors. Sealed matte or satin. Harder and more scratch-resistant than a microcement skin, thinner and lighter than a full pour — it sits between GraniTop microcement and PaveCrete, and we will tell you honestly which of the three fits your floor.

Process

Grind and clean the existing floor, repair cracks, prime, then trowel FlorCrete in one or two passes. Cut or leave joints depending on the layout. Seal. A typical 80 m² apartment is done in 3–4 days.

Frequently asked questions

Can you resurface over tiles?

Yes. We grind the glaze, prime and mesh, and the tile joints vanish under the overlay.

How thin can it be?

From about 5 mm. Thin enough that doors and thresholds usually need no adjustment.

Resurfacing or microcement — which one?

Microcement is thinner (2–3 mm) and more decorative; FlorCrete is thicker, tougher and better on uneven or damaged floors. Send photos and we will advise.
