Decorative concrete lasts, but it does not look after itself. Traffic, sun, rain and the wrong cleaning products all wear at a finish, and how fast that happens depends on where the surface is and what it takes every day.

When a surface is past resealing
Some areas are too far gone for cleaning and sealing — a car park, a ramp, a courtyard or a walkway that has cracked, faded and been patched too many times.
