Colored Pavement & Asphalt Coating in Lebanon
PaverCoat is a two-part, waterborne, epoxy-modified acrylic coating for flat asphalt and concrete. It turns a black car park or a grey yard into a colored, protected surface — playgrounds, school yards, cycle lanes, plazas, parking bays, roof decks — and it stretches with the asphalt instead of cracking.
Color for public space
Kindergartens and school yards with games painted in. Play streets. Cycle paths in green or blue. Pedestrian crossings and plazas. Parking areas with color-coded zones. Rooftop terraces. Standard colors plus custom tones, in matte or with an anti-slip aggregate.
Protection, not just looks
Asphalt oxidises in the sun and crumbles; PaverCoat seals it against UV and weather and extends its life. On concrete it stops dusting and staining. The coating is flexible — it follows the expansion and contraction of the pavement without cracking or peeling.
Application
Pressure-wash, repair cracks, prime if needed, then two coats by squeegee or spray. Line marking and game layouts on top. A 1,000 m² yard is done in a few days and open to foot traffic the next morning.

Frequently asked questions
Can PaverCoat go on old asphalt?
Yes, as long as the asphalt is sound. We clean and repair first; the coating actually protects the old surface.
Is it slippery?
We add a fine aggregate for grip where people run or cycle.
How long does it last?
Typically 5–8 years depending on traffic, then a single recoat.
